Lovely 1-bedroom apartment in Retiro

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place, within walking distance to Retiro (2’), Goya (3’), Ibiza (3’) and 3 metro stations (3-6’). There are also plenty of nice restaurants in the same street or within walking distance. In addition, there is a supermarket and a pharmacy right at the entrance of the building. The apartment is perfectly isolated from street noises, with very comfy bed (5/5) and sofa-bed. Reach out if you have questions! I hope you enjoy your stay in Madrid!

Get away from it all and sleep under a blanket of stars. Sailboat is rented 7.35 m long, Dufour 24, for sleeping, the price is not to TAKE IT OUT to sail. In fact, it does not currently have a motor or the candles on. The Embarcadero has showers and toilets. That is, the bathroom is at the entrance of the pier. There is a restaurant completely next to the pier. The San Juan Swamp is a beautiful place, in the heart of nature. A different good plan for one or more nights.

La Bila was built in 1947, in a stone house colony. Its interior is completely renovated. It has a spectacular swimming pool for the summer and a garden to enjoy at all times of the year. The plot is completely fenced and away from the road, it is very quiet. Thanks to its isolation, both in summer and winter the interior temperature is very pleasant. The kitchen is well-equipped in terms of kitchenware and utensils, and its spaciousness is also noteworthy.

Rural property located near Aranjuez (7 km). Located on the banks of the Tagus, it has stunning views of the river. We have a swimming pool, two lawns, a gazebo with barbecue, and private parking. It's perfect for spending family time. Surrounded by a rural setting, there is nothing like a season at Casa del Río to leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind. The house does not have drinking water. In summer, no loud music after midnight.
