My girlfriend Ari and I just finished a world trip and loved Airbnb so much we wanted to share our home in Madrid with other travelers. The loft is located in a quiet residential area. The venue is surrounded by parks, restaurants and only 3 minutes drive from "El Corte Inglés" Sanchinarro Renovated new style loft perfect for a couple or up to 4 people. It is a beautiful, charming and cozy stone and wood house, ideal to forget about the daily tensions of the city. It is very well equipped and well maintained. It has a stately garden in the front, very nice and independent. The house has 4 rooms facing the outside, with lots of light, and two separate bathrooms. A living room with a stone fireplace and a large window with beautiful mountain views. In the back, there is a large wooden porch for spending time together.

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!
