Here, the clocks tick a little slower: Our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located on the outskirts of Sumte, surrounded by meadows, fields and the unique landscape of the Elbe floodplain. Look forward to sunsets from the terrace, relaxing hours in the garden sauna and plenty of space for spending time with friends or family. Mit der Fahrradfähre seid ihr in 5 Minuten auf der anderen Elbseite von wo aus euch ein angenehm befahrbarer Radweg immer den Fluss entlang führt. P.s. In the middle of the Lower Saxony Elbe Valley biosphere reserve, a lovingly designed tiny house awaits you, inviting you to linger with its personal touch and thoughtful details. Just a ten-minute walk from idyllic Lake Sumter, it combines natural living with modern comfort. The bright living room has been designed with natural materials and large windows create a harmonious connection to the surrounding nature, so that you immediately feel at home.

Our cozy farmhouse is located in Zeetze, a picturesque village in the district of Lüneburg in the Elbe valley. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.

The other apartment in the countryside "KrusenhofIlona"

The apartment is quietly located with wonderful views of the countryside on a 1 hectare garden property. Bicycles can be rented, there is a barbecue and a private bar counter in the huge barn. Suitable for families as well as for cycling or motorbike excursions, for hunting trips, for hiking or just to enjoy undisturbed weekends in the evening sun in a lovingly restored Lower Saxon hall farmhouse with a "Göpel" (breakfast room).

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.
