Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. You can walk to the marsh at the end of the street or put in a small boat/kayak at the next street over! This condo is recently renovated but the building is from the 50s so its not flawless. It's simply furnished and the furniture is vintage(ish). It's just a clean, comfy spot surrounded by nature smack dab in the middle of all Charleston has to offer (12min to downtown, 10min to Park Circle, 20-35min to beaches).

A dining area features a round table set for four, complete with plates and utensils. A cozy living room with a large couch and armchairs is visible, along with a staircase leading to the upper level. Natural light floods the space through patio doors.
