Large or multi-generational families as well as good friends can enjoy the 110 square metres of each half of the house and spend time together without having to sacrifice privacy. On 44 m² on the ground floor of our single-family house there is a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a small shower room. The area offers many opportunities for leisure activities ( e.g. hiking, cycling, water sports).
