The Ranch is located in the Kings Terrace area of the island, only a few blocks away from the St. Simons pier village with local shops and restaurants, as well as the lighthouse. Luxuriously renovated (all high-end furniture, appliances and fittings), and perfectly situated (a short bike or walk into town), the Mildred Rose cottage is in a league of its own. Located a short one-and-a-half mile from the beach, our Peachtree Cottage is comfortable and cozy with 3 bedrooms--2 with queen-size beds and the third bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bunk bed. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower. The hall bathroom has a shower and tub. The kitchen is open with a breakfast nook with a table and chairs. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. If you bring a pet, we have a small pet fee and a large fenced in yard.

Y’all we added an all season POOL/SPA! This home is local beach living at its finest and newly renovated, decorated and furnished for comfort. Enjoy all the south end has to offer from our beautiful beach to quaint shops and restaurants. Our home is less than a mile from the public beach access and is an easy walk or bike ride! The outdoor living is awesome here - plenty of room to park a boat and a fully fenced yard.

This beach house is a gem!! 1 block from the beach allows for an easy walk to the ocean. Access to the beach is SUPER easy for carrying coolers, chairs, tents, etc. The house has an outdoor shower for after beach activities. 150 yards from 4 restaurants. Private putting green! 1 mile to the village. This house is perfectly situated in the middle of everything!! Private 6 seater golf cart available to rent upon request.

Saltlife Below Deck

It's time to kick back and relax at newly renovated Saltlife below deck. Smoke a butt on the Green Egg, hang out in our tiki hut on the hammock, griddle up some pancakes and eggs on the flat top griddle, or just relax on the patio and feel the ocean breeze. 3 blocks to the beach and crab corner (4 popular SSI restaurants). We loved living here and now want to share our place with you.
