A Great Vacation Rental, centrally located on St. Simons Island in the Sea Palms community next to the Sea Palms Golf Resort. This is a 2 bedroom, with a King in one and queen in the other , 2 bath, washer-dryer, kitchen and living space combo and has a nice little sitting room that has a perfect view of the marsh. The condo backs up to the marsh, has a large deck that faces east, and makes it enjoyable to watch the beautiful sunrises we have . Quiet and peaceful makes it a great getaway spot !

1 Queen size + 2 Full size beds + 1 pull out sofa bed+ A hammock on back porch, 1 bathroom remodeled with nice tile shower. Big fenced yard, Full kitchen thats fully stocked except for food (but no dishwasher), 3 HD flat screen TV's (Roku & YouTube service), nice sound system (bluetooth & MP3 compatible), Fast WIFI, 5 bikes, off street parking, central AC/Heat. There is a "In-Law suite" that the owner stays in on the back of the property. It is separated from the main house by an 8 ft fence.
