Cabin/Tiny Home. Relax & enjoy amazing mtn. views, 200 acres of trails, woods, pastures, farm, & fields. HURRICANE HELENE: TRAILS ARE NOT COMPLETELY ACCESSIBLE NOW DUE TO HELENE. Our trails & woods have been ravaged with 100's of trees down. Many trails are still not cleared. Our 1.5 mile upper ridge trail loop and one river trail are now open. Pastures and fields are mostly cleared and all areas around the cottage are completely cleared with amazing long range views of fields and mountains.

This charming, rustic cabin is nestled amongst lush mountain laurel providing a very private and secluded atmosphere. Take in the sights and sounds of nature from the generous wrap around porch which overlooks the babbling brook and mossy rocks below. A chance to unwind and unplug while being surrounded by nature. This creekside cabin is located on 24 wooded acres, we invite you to get outside and explore the private hiking trails, mountain views and creeks this special place has to offer.

Stuck in the city hustle? Breathe deeper in mountain air at the edge of Pisgah National Forest. New private outhouse (2025). Hike 3 scenic waterfall trails nearby, or sip hot coffee from your king bed with a view of the Black Mountains. Center yourselves on our custom elevated deck overlooking Pisgah National Forest. Only 10 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway with Beautiful Overlooks and Hiking.. A BEARY RELAXING Cabin is located a 1/2 mile from the Toe River for fishing and kayaking. The Penland School of Crafts is 3 miles away and the beauty of the campus can not be beat. We are halfway between Boone and Asheville for all that these two towns offer.

One-bedroom cabin w/ air conditioner, heaters, queen bed, full kitchen, living area, and bathroom with hot shower & indoor dry-flush toilet (does not use water). TV, Wifi, linens, dishes, coffee/tea, breakfast foods, fridge/freezer, microwave, fire pit, picnic table, and more! Just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway! Explore our 5 acre property and visit the small pond in back. Please ensure pets are leashed - we have ducks. The hosts also live on the property in a separate house.

After exploring artist studios, gem mining, river rafting, hiking mountain trails, dining at local restaurants, or a day of shopping, return and relax on our large wrap-around front porch and wait for the fireflies to appear.

Escape to a cozy dog friendly private basement apartment only minutes from Blue Ridge Parkway. Enjoy morning coffee on your private patio, unwind in a spacious two-level apartment, and bring your dog along for the adventure. Fully stocked, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly located for hiking, exploring, golfing or doing absolutely nothing. Regrettably the apartment is not child proofed, therefore we can’t accept children under 4.
