This 1 level, 1 bedroom (King bed), 1 bathroom is tucked away on a farm in Spring Hill, TN. Escape for some time to relax at this beautiful countryside guest house. It is 11 miles from FirstBank Amphitheater and 12 miles from downtown Spring Hill, where there is shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. No pets, no smoking, and no bonfires or fireworks. (There is a small firepit in the yard that guests can use.) There will be an extra electric fee if any vehicles are charged.

Whispering Cottage is perfect for a couple or a family! There is a lovely master bedroom, as well as bunk beds right off the kitchen for the kiddos! Relax and enjoy the private fenced-in patio area complete with a fire pit and playhouse. Nestled between historic Franklin and Columbia, yet only about 30 minutes from Nashville, there are so many fun things to do! Bonus! We are super close to Spring Hill's favorite coffee shop (The Fainting Goat), a playground, and a few boutiques!

Peaceful 1BR/1BA private guest suite located in the lower level of our home. Completely separate with a private entrance, living room, and kitchen/coffee bar. Enjoy a serene yard with trees and a creek—perfect for you and your dog! Laundry in unit and easy access to I-65 and Nashville. We’re a small family with one child and do our best to keep noise to a minimum; soundproofing is in place, though you may occasionally hear us. This is a non-smoking property.
