The MB has a king bed and ensuite with double vanity and tile shower. 2nd room has a queen bed and ensuite. Downstairs, you can find designated office/perfect kids hang out bonus room with big desk and trundle bed with 2 twin size mattress. However, there is NO bathroom and NO window in the basement. Up to 6 people (max 4 adults) can stay comfortably. Inquire about long-term stays!

The Pink House Clarksville is located in downtown Clarksville 5 minutes to Austin Peay and F&M Bank ARENA and downtown restaurants. It is 20 minutes to Fort Campbell area, 45 minutes to Nashville, and 20 min to most of Clarksville areas. Cottage includes fully stocked kitchen, relaxing seating areas in backyard and SUNROOM, and on premise parking. There is also a SPEAKEASY themed airbnb NEXT DOOR you can rent as well! With only a 25min drive to downtown Nashville, you are tucked away amidst the towering hardwoods---away from the city noise. This space is ideal for a couple, but can sleep four (twin beds in the loft). Parties are not permitted on the premises.

Welcome to our guest house, located on the Piney River in Dickson County. This private, gated home is located only a few miles off of I-40, 10 minutes from downtown Dickson, and 45 minutes from downtown Nashville. This private space is above the garage and features 650 sq ft of livable space, an office area with wifi, as well as a refrigerator, Keurig, microwave, toaster, and a TV with plenty of cable channels (plus a fire stick for streaming).
