The Loft at Newnham Lodge

In the middle of our farm, the Loft is a detached, self-contained first floor apartment accessed via an external oak staircase. There are 2 bedrooms, a huge bathroom with free-standing bath and separate shower, a galley kitchen (two ring hob, microwave and combi oven/grill), and ample living space. The Loft sleeps a max of 4 people with either 2 superkings OR one superking and 2 singles. A cot is also available. There is a dining table, sofas with TV, and a flat-screen TV in each bedroom.

The Stable House, Orchard Studio - beautiful view

The Orchard Studio is the newly renovated annexe to the Gate House which is on the grounds of The Stable House, a family home converted in 1970 from a Victorian stable block. It is a double bedroom studio with ensuite shower room and a separate living room with kitchen facilities including oven, hob, microwave and fridge. There are sliding doors out onto a private patio with wonderful views over the local countryside and access to over 20 acres of parkland, paddocks and woodland

A listed (Grade 2) three hundred years old stone farmhouse, our beloved family home for over fifty years. It is in the old part of the village in a half acre garden. 1 hour or less from London, Oxford, Cambridge, Stratford and many stately homes. Ideal for family gatherings, friends' re-unions and for wedding guests. The Space The house is our family home used by us. We reserve four or five weeks a year for our children, grandchildren and friends.

The studio is totally self contained so you can come and go as you please. Very quiet, private and has a South facing balcony overlooking the garden. There is wi-fi, unrestricted parking on the street immediately outside the property. It has a shower. A small dog is welcome to stay and use the garden and there will be £30 charge, payable directly. An oven & microwave are available. It is suitable for 2 adults over 18 years of age.
