Our recently converted barn is in the yard of a Grade II listed village farmhouse. Minutes from J10 of the M40, we are conveniently located for RH England, Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace, Silverstone and Oxford. The barn has a big open space with wood burning stove, large TV and open plan kitchen. The main bedroom, shower room and separate WC are in the old stables. The open plan mezzanine has two single beds (to be booked separately) and free-standing bath.

Converted 17th century barn. On the outside, the renovation is sympathetically done. On the inside, beams are retained with added comfort of under floor heating, a designer kitchen and Aga Rangemaster cooker. The principal bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a further family bathroom (with bath) off the hall. The second bedroom is down a short flight of stairs. The entire property is subjected to a deep clean between bookings. Outside, the property is surrounded by fields.

Delightful detached coach house in over 100 acres of conservation parkland. Beautiful views situated next to a castle folly built in 1770. Very rural setting with private bedrooms in separate annexe building overlooking pond and fields. Easy parking right outside the coach house front door. At end of a private road and only 3 miles from Northampton Town centre. Close to village pubs, lots of lovely walks from our door, parks and country park reservoir.

Self-contained one bedroomed (with king size bed) detached converted barn. The Stables is on the edge of the village of Hellidon in a countryside location in rural Northamptonshire close to the Warwickshire and Oxfordshire border. There are fabulous views from the property. There is private parking. The Stables is a separate annex to our home. You will have your own area of the garden adjacent to the Stables.
