Comes with a private lounge and just across the hall a shower and separate bath, there's also an extra bedroom available for £25 pn for friends. Use of the kitchen is welcome. There is sky TV in the room mini fridge and free WiFi. There is plenty of free parking and a bus service into Norwich only 2 minutes walk away. A small dog stays too.

Over the pandemic many changes have taken place and through various circumstances we are now looking to hire out our beautiful barn and bedroom buildings as a self contained unit rather than bed and breakfast accommodation. This does mean that the current set up is a little unique but we hope we can provide guests with a spot to get away and enjoy.

My home is in a secluded area with access to a river walk. The local Gressenhall Museum offers events during the year. The Norfolk coast is nearby:- Walsingham, 25 minutes away with Wells and Holkham 15 minutes further on. Fakenham racecourse is ten miles away. Dereham's Mid-Norfolk Railway - offers steam and diesel events plus the popular 'Polar Express' experience. The area is also local for Sandringham and the Thursford Christmas Show.

A spacious double room in a large period house with extensive garden. Halesworth is only a 20-minute walk away (less than 5 by car). Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh and Snape are all within a short drive. Latitude Festival buses stop outside the house. I can make you full English or continental breakfast at a competitive rate. Tea and coffee in room. Dogs very welcome but are owners' responsibility at all times.
