The south facing boiler house has an area of approximately 70m2 and an open sleeping area on the gallery. There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

Overlooking the mountains, the newly-renovated holiday apartment in Osterode am Harz impresses guests with its fantastic views. This 54 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (set up upon request), a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a smart TV with streaming services. Guests will also enjoy excellent tap water quality.

Ideally located in the countryside on the hiking and biking trail. The 50 m² non-smoking apartment (private entrance via outside staircase, not wheelchair accessible) with underfloor heating has an approx. 20 m² terrace with garden table, garden chairs and parasol. The apartment is designed for 2, max 4 people. (3rd and 4th pers: €10 extra per night each) Sheets and towels can be brought with you, a laundry package can be booked for €12. Guest fee: €2.80 ( adult/N.), €1.89 (Child/N.)

Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. The apartment has a built-in kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linens. On the balcony you sit between herbs (to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak furniture.
