The south facing boiler house has an area of approximately 70m2 and an open sleeping area on the gallery. There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

The 120 sqm apartment accommodates up to nine people with six beds and a sofa bed. Located right on the edge of the forest in the quiet village of Lerbach, it is surrounded by numerous hiking trails, including the famous Hexenstieg. From the garden, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the forest and valley. Shopping options are only a few minutes away by car. Bus line 440 stops hourly at the “Lerbach Glückauf” station. Motorcycles can be conveniently parked in the yard.

A highlight is the huge wellness bath with panoramic views over the rooftops of Osterode.

In doing so, we have attached great importance to preserving the special features of the house and creating a typical mountain feeling. We rely on good and modern amenities. The house offers a nice base for your mountain time: for tours and for hiking, mountain biking or skiing.

We personally chose all this with a lot of love! :-) The special thing? Except for the steel jacket, almost the entire wall structure consists of renewable raw materials, such as wood, jute and hemp. The visible clay plaster ensures a unique look and pleasant indoor climate.

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Hello and welcome to our holiday apartment in Altenau! We rent a modern furnished and fully equipped apartment at the holiday park "Auf dem Glockenberg" above the Altenau village center - an ideal starting point for tours in the Harz. Our apartment is located on the second floor in a house in the immediate vicinity of the spa. A bakery is located in the house. All important points of contact are close by at the property.

The 35 sqm one-room apartment "Harzchalet Emma 3" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2024. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.
