Holiday apartment totally new renovated with new kitchen/living room in one, the kitchen is with induction hob, hot air oven and fridge/freezer. Large tiles on the floor with underfloor heating. At the end of the room there is an entrance to a nice large loft with up to 4 sleeping places. New bathroom with shower and toilet. New bedroom with double bed that can be shared for 2 single beds if desired. Lovely terrace with table, chairs and barbecue. Necessary service is available as well as microwave and refrigerator. On the property's 6 hectares, horses occasionally walk, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest wineries. There are opportunities for lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia. Shopping about 6 km. We have a peaceful German shepherd (Boris) who loves to have visitors.

Log house! saw a real cabin/summerhouse where it exudes grandma coziness! No TV or internet, but plenty of books and games. (There is a good 4G connection). It is cozy when the wood-burning stove is lit, the house can also be heated with the heat pump, heating can be started before arrival. With 200 meters down to Fønsvig, where there is a bathing beach, as well as a small bathing jetty where you can just grab a morning dip. If you like fishing, you can go out and catch sea trout, as well as other fish species.
