You are only a 5-minute walk from Brødremenighedens Church and directly across from Genforeningsparken. You will have the entire 1 floor to yourself. A thé kitchen is available. The host is a member of the Brotherhood. Since we need to think about the environment, we would like you to bring your own bed linens and towels. There is also a bed on-site, but please let us know if you would like us to make it up for you.

The home is centrally located 20 minutes from Kolding, 25 minutes from Legoland. There is a private forest with shelter and fireplace that can be used. Terraces to the south and north. The home is on 2 floors with bedrooms and living room upstairs and kitchen space as well as a private toilet/bathroom on the ground floor. The two bedrooms have double beds and there is a sofa bed. Biker friendly.

Hemsen is probably suitable for young people as there is a steep staircase up there… There is a weekend bed with a duvet and pillow - high chairs - a changing pad in the bathroom. A bathtub for children. TV with internet. Outside there is a table with chairs and a grill. You can borrow a daybed if you're interested. There is a fly on all plastic windows. Take the windows is not the fly in. You put on your own linens.

There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret til morgenmad og lette måltider, badeværelset har bruseniche, og parkering ved ejendommen.

Huset ligger i gå afstand til Jels Sø, hvor der er mulighed for at bade, fiske, sejle m.m. 1,2 km derfra ligger Royal Oak Golf Club og alle byens indkøbsmuligheder og spisesteder er også inden for gåafstand. Gæster har adgang til hele boligen privat overdækket terrasse, parkering og en lukket indhegnet have. Huset har en perfekt central beliggenhed til udflugter i det sydlige Danmark. Hunde er også velkomne.

1st floor with quiet and scenic surroundings

The apartment is about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise, it's 100% yours.

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.
