L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. The house is located in Solanas, a tourist town a few kilometers from the city of Cagliari,in a quiet neighborhood and 700 meters from our beautiful sea. It consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms ( one inside the house and one in the outer courtyard, kitchen with dishwasher , washing machine and living room, from which you access a large dining area and barbecue. You can park outside the house.

BEACH HOUSE WITH WONDERFUL SEA WIEW

Beautiful house overlooking the bay of Torre delle Stelle where in every room you feel the breath of the sea, the whisper of the wind, the warmth of the sun with its calls of light and an unforgettable sunset.
