Beachfront apartments are available in the south of Sardinia, located just 35 km from Cagliari and only 12 km from Villasimius. Solanas is known for its great tranquility and Crystal clear sea. That's why it was set in the sixth place among the best Sardinian beaches. The residence consists of 3 comfortable and spacious apartments, about 80 square meters, sleeps 5/6. Each apartment is equipped with 2 or 3 bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom, large living area and verandas on front and back. Each home is equipped with linens and dishes. The apartments are located inside a large condominium garden, reserved and immersed in greenery, equipped with personal parking space, showers, barbecues, laundry and outdoor dining area. For any other specific needs, please contact us and where possible, we will make sure to meet you. The family-run residence is committed to hosting vacationers who need a place to spend their days relaxing and healthy fun. The beach just a minute's walk away from the house is equipped with sea equipment rental and catering services. In the small town of Solanas there are various restaurants, market butcher shops, pharmacy and small shops. In the main square in high season you can have the opportunity to participate in some recreational events organized by various bodies and associations as well as by the municipality itself.

La casa è a pochi metri dalla spiaggia di Solanas. La villetta è situata in un piccolo complesso immobiliare davanti alla spiaggia ed in prossimità di una bellissima scogliera. La composizione è la seguente: ingresso salone con l'angolo cottura, 3 camere da letto di cui due matrimoniale e una doppia con letto a castello e due bagni. Completano la casa la meravigliosa terrazza vista mare, il posto auto e l’ ampio e curato giardino condominiale dove sono presenti tre docce esterne e il barbecue.
