The proposed house is part of a larger villa: two bathrooms, one "en suite", two double/twin bedrooms, equipped kitchen, living room overlooking the covered patio and a large lawn. A few minutes' drive to the most beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia and the lively village of Pula.

Questa villetta si trova in località Perla Marina. Zona residenziale sul mare con accesso esclusivo ai soli proprietari o residenti delle villette. È certamente la zona più bella e tranquilla di tutto il litorale di Pula, spiaggia ampia con sabbia bianca, mare limpido Località ideale per una famiglia con bambini. La spiaggia dista soltanto 10 metri dalla casa. Possibilità di noleggio Kayak a 50 metri.
