Nice new restored apartment

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. The apartment is close to the border and just off the E45 motorway. In addition, the apartment is located in the middle of barrels and Sønderborg. In scenic area close by, with heart trail, mini golf course, playground and city park with beautiful nature. In the apartment there is a bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds, in the living room there is a sofa bed that can be knocked out so it will be a bed of 140 cm. On the first floor there is a room with two single beds.

Good accommodation with a location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen there is a fridge, hot plates, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. News November 2021: There is now also the possibility of a private indoor bath, if you are not into outdoor bathing. Breakfast can be purchased.

Our apartment ( kitchen and bathroom renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m2) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. Very nice and charming, circus wagon with wide double bed. Insulated and inlaid heat. Only 350 m from lovely beach and forest as well as Gendarmstien. The price includes breakfast (homemade organic bowls etc.) Coffee and tea for free use as well as linens and towels. Parking lot right next to the circus wagon. 300 m to public transport by bus no. 110 from Sønderborg, Gråsten and Flensburg.
