Newly renovated house in central Skanör close to both Skanör center and Skanör harbor. A stone's throw away is also the nice beach that Skanör is very famous for. The house has a patio with both barbecue, outdoor dining table and a lounge sofa. Laundry room with both washing machine and dryer is available in case you would like to rent for a longer period of time. The house also has a separate summer guest house with two extra beds that, however, cannot sleep in during the winter months For questions, let me know!

Right beside a natural reserve where you can find many different rare birds, flowers and other animals. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and two sofa beds in the house. In total the house sleeps 4 people comfortably. En sommardröm nära både Skanörs och Falsterbos stränder och golfbanor. Huvudhuset har två sovrum. Ett rum med dubbelsäng med en spjälsäng och ett med en enkelsäng. Ett stort vardagsrum med AC och en fin inglasad veranda med plats för cirka 10 personer. Det finns två gäststugor med totalt 4 sängplatser. Två i vardera stuga. Huset ligger nära stränder, golfbanor och restauranger. Trädgården på 1300 kvm är hund och barnvänlig med staket runt hela tomten.

Completely newly renovated house for 8 people (plus small children). Open and modern, with lots of storage and a large sundeck for sunbathing and dining. 3 min walk to a wonderful beach and near golf and tennis courses. 25 min from Copenhagen or Malmö Airport. 20 min to Malmö City. The surroundings offer horse riding, golf, tennis, sailing, wind- and surfing and lovely excursions to the countryside with lots of possibilities for lunch/dinner/coffee.

A secluded oasis in the back garden of our property that was completed in the summer of 2023. Walking distance to grocery store, bus, restaurant , local bakery, golf course and a personal favorite - one of the most beautiful beaches with nice swimming opportunities. Nice walking path of about 2 km down to the beach.
