(Some traffic/construction noise at times) View the blanket of stars which is breathtaking 3 other homes/ranches down our street. Owners house is almost 1 acre away; we will provide our visitors with privacy! Hualapai Mtn 20min South Rim 2 2/12 hr Grand Canyon Skywalk 1 hr Las Vegas 1 1/2hr Many Biking/hiking trails within walking/Riding distance of your guest house!

Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. Notice must be given bringing a service dog and disclose the task trained to perform. There are two dogs on the property. Snowbird reservations will be accepted beginning October.

The home is also very close to many popular restaurants, local golf course and even Starbucks. What separates this home from others in the area is that you have your own yard, dog run, washer and dryer and all eating and drinking utensils along with a full size fridge. gas outdoor BBQ, Smart TV etc.
