It is literally five minutes from all major corridors…I-70 west and east, I-25 north and south, I-76, US 36(aka Boulder Turnpike) as well as just a few blocks from the Westminster B-line light rail station that will have you in the heart of downtown Denver (Union Station) in 15 minutes! It is also only 15-20 minutes from the trendy areas called the Highlands, Lohi or RiNo for wonderful restaurants and bars!
