Newly renovated building set in the fjord of Seyðisfjörður, 7 km away from the town centre. The house was a school in the older days but has now been given a modern design with beautiful views and the feeling of being away from everything.
“Great cabin in a fantastic environment! Everything available what is needed for a self-catering holiday. Double bed, bathroom with showers, kitchen with hob and many accessories! Cozy couch with Swedish stove ☺️ Who can play the piano, has the opportunity to do so.”
We are situated by the lagoon in the old part of Seyðifjörður town, in a short walking distance to all services. We offer 4 apartments in 2 brand new buildings, combining old style architecture, elegance and modern comfort.
“We stayed for only one night but found a spacious, warm and cosy house. We were even allowed to stay a little longer as there were really bad weather conditions at our planned departure time. The host was available via phone everytime we tried. Thanks for the great stay!”
Beautiful & bright studio apartment in the charming Old Hospital hostel in the centre of Seydisfjordur. Offers a private kitchenette and private bathroom with shower as well as all amenities of the hostel, Sauna, laundry facilities, service etc. One queen size bed and sleeping sofa for 1-2 people. Ideal for families and friends.
“The apartment in the hostel is an extremely comfortable and convenient place to stay in Seydisfjordur. We could only stay for 2 nights, but wish it could have been longer. The space is very clean and comfortable. The entire hostel is a shoes-off space, so the cleanliness isn't a surprise. Having our own kitchen was very helpful and access to the shared kitchen also came in handy. We did not get a chance to use the sauna, but it is a fantastic bonus that comes with this rental. Everyone working at the hostel was super nice, including the black and white cat that guards the front door. The hostel is close enough to the center of town to walk to the few restaurants, the river, the docks, the grocery store, and Blue Church. Very convenient. Every window has a view of the mountains as well. We would definitely consider staying again if we visit East Iceland again.”
