Centrally located residence with walking distance to Hamresanden, one of Southern Norway's finest beaches, and a short road to freshwater swimming area in Hamrevann. The home is also 5 minutes drive distance to Sørlandsenteret and 10 minutes to the zoo. Kristiansand city centre is 15 minutes away. The home has a lot of nice hiking terrain nearby and good sun conditions from morning to evening.
