Enjoy peace and quiet, bright summer evenings and sunset from the terrace just 15 minutes from Evje and just over an hour from Kristiansand. For active guests, the cabin has a rowing boat, canoe, paddle board and good fishing opportunities. Great hiking opportunities and many activities in the nearby area. In winter, the ski slopes start a few hundred meters away. Without electricity and water but with gas fridge, gas stove and solar lamps. Outdoor toilet facilities with direct entrance from the rear of the cabin. OK 4G coverage in parts of the cabin and on the terrace.

Wake up to the beaver swimming by, exploring the bird life, fish your own dinner, and enjoy the silence. The cabin is rented with a simple boat and canoe. It comes with fish dish. Private road all the way up to the door."Off grid" with solar system, good wifi. Water must be brought in. Water for food and drink must be brought. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
