The house was built in 1936 and is constantly being renovated with care for history. Right by the house runs a river with fishing opportunities and a nice swimming area – perfect for hot summer days.

Large hiking area just outside the cabin. 5 minutes away is a great place for recreation with a café inside the igloo, rental of water activities, playground and swimming area.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Here it is so quiet that you can hear the fish jumping on the fjord! But still central with only 30 minutes to Evje Mineralpark, climbing park, and 45 minutes to Kristiansand Dyrepark. We have a rowboat and fishing rods available, which the tenant can take advantage of! As well as a functional outdoor kitchen on the terrace, with room for many, as well as one pool. Plenty of play opportunities for the kids! We have a dog yard that can be used (NB! Not animals inside).
