Our place has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double Kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 has three single beds. The bed in the loft is 120 cm wide. You will find a shower room with shower, washing machine, dryer and a sink. The toilet is in a separate room where you will also find a hand basin and the hot water heater for the cabin. The Sauna is in the main hallway just outside the shower room. The hallway leads down three steps to the dining/living room/kitchen with a doorway out to the terrace area. Outside you have a terrace overlooking the lake. You will also find the outside shower and several places around the cabin to sit depending on where the sun is and the time of day. The Jacuzzi is beside the parking places for the cabin facing towards the mountain views and the lake.

New cabin with good comfort and location. The cross-country ski trail is right behind the cabin, and there is a short distance to the alpine center, activity center, and Brokkestøylen. Two bedrooms with a double bed downstairs and single beds upstairs. Loft with two mattresses. 6 duvets and pillows available. Parking outside the cabin with the possibility of charging an electric car. A wood-burning stove that provides good heating, and firewood is included. Bed linens, towels, toilet paper, and any other consumables must be brought. Guests must clean themselves on departure. Electricity is included in the rent.

The area offers beautiful nature all year round - with hiking trails, fishing waters and swimming opportunities in the summer, and prepared cross-country trails and alpine facilities in the winter. Very cozy cabin in an idyllic location. Here you can enjoy views of the river and wonderful nature. It also has a ballbinge and Setesdalsbanen nearby. The cabin is located only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Smart TV, fiber and fast wireless internet - a perfect place for a home office. Connected to water, sewage and electricity. The cabin is located by itself on the lowest level, towards the water. Great holiday place 12 months a year!

Great, newer cabin centrally located in Brokke for rent. Not that big, but well utilized. The ceiling height in the living room makes the cabin feel spacious. Hiking trails and ski slopes in the immediate vicinity. Ski-in to the alpine slope (you ski down to the alpine center via the ski slope over the river). The cabin is close to the light rail, roller ski trail and close to Brokkestøylen. Accommodates 8-9 people. Nice for one or two families. Two bedrooms with family bunk in each room. A loft with 3 mattresses. Dog allowed by agreement.
