The apartment is located in a listed thatched house built around 1830 in the attic. It can accommodate 4 people on two levels in a stylish ambience in close proximity to Friedrichstadt, the rivers Treene and Eider with bathing areas and the North Sea. The seaside resort of Sankt Peter Ording is about 40 km away, where a beach chair can be used free of charge. The house stands on a large plot of land and invites you to relax with the panoramic view of the green meadows.

Charming old town house in the historic village center of Friedrichstadt. Built in 1876. 2020 completely renovated. Large light living room with dining area and open kitchen on the ground floor. From there, you can access the conservatory with lounge furniture as well as the utility room (with guest toilet). Small but nice, the adjoining garden is presented. A new wooden staircase leads to Holiday Office workspace, as well as a modern shower room and spacious bedrooms.
