Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung im grünen Stadtteil Waldstadt in Mölln. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, wenige Minuten vom Schulsee entfernt. Ein EDEKA-Markt und ein Bäcker sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. PS: Als weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten gibt es ein Schlafsofa und Matratzen auf dem ausgebauten Dachboden. Hinweise: Mölln ist eine schöne Kurstadt. Wir übernehmen die Kurtaxe und du kannst mit den Kurkarten Ermäßigungen in Mölln erhalten.

Landhaus bei Schaalsee

Haus is located in a very quiet location in the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. It is 10 km to Lake Schaalsee, 5 km to Lake Neuenkirchen, to the Baltic Sea 50 km (traffic jam-free!!!). The house can be started directly to bike rides, on adjacent hiking trails. On the very natural property there is also a swimming pond. The house is very bright and quiet. I also paint there and write and so there is a large easel available. Pets have generous time.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.
