Upstairs are two bedrooms and an open sleeping alcove, as well as the bathroom with sauna. (Sauna fee, see photo). Guest parking; (bicycles, printer on request). Dogs: (no large males or bitches in heat) allowed only on the first floor. Train station 1,8 km: NWB Oldenburg - Bremen, Bremen airport / 30 km.

The top floor balcony offers a view on the lively bi-weekly market place. Completely equipped for longer stays, a week long business trip or just a perfect weekend get away. Kids and dogs can play in the nearby parks. The space is fully equipped for babies to toddler.

Neben dem geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit Essplatz und Schlaf-Sofa, verfügt unsere frisch renovierte Wohnung über ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine moderne und voll ausgestattete Küche sowie ein saniertes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Der Balkon mit Süd-Lage ist vom Wohnzimmer und der Küche aus begehbar. Bremerhavens Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Auswanderer-Haus, die Aussichtsplattform „Sail-City“, das Schifffahrtsmuseum und auch die Fußgängerzone sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Gesamte Etage in einem Bauernhaus im Grünen

Unsere Gäste haben die obere Etage mit 90 qm für sich allein. Über eine kleine zweite Haustür gelangt man nach oben. Es gibt dort eine Wohnküche, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 160 cm Doppelbett, ein weiteres Zimmer mit 140 cm Doppelbett, das Kaminzimmer, einen kleinen Balkon und ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Im EG wohne ich mit meinem Freund und unseren 3 KATZEN, ich kann nicht ausschließen, dass die neugierigen Fellbewohner Euch mal besuchen, falls ihr die Tür zu lange offen habt.

Ruhig gelegenes Haus direkt in Wulsdorf

Unser gemütliches Ferienhaus steht im Süden von Bremerhaven (120 qm plus Wintergarten) - jetzt auch mit WLAN. Fußläufig sind Netto und Bäckereien zu erreichen. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es 2 Min, zum Wulsdorfer Bahnhof 5 Min zu Fuß. In der Bremerhavener Innenstadt oder dem Deich ist man innerhalb von 10 Min mit dem Auto. Die Landeshauptstadt Bremen ist mit dem Zug in 45 Min zu erreichen, mit dem Auto sogar noch schneller. Die Nordseestrände sind in max 30 Min zu erreichen.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im 1.OG unseres Eigenheims. Ihr habt einen eigenen Eingang über eine seperate Außentreppe. Einen Stellplatz direkt vor`m Haus. Die Wohnung ist hell und modern eingerichtet, so wie es uns gefällt. Bis auf unsere urgemütlichen Küchenstühle (!) ist alles neu! Keine alten Kinderzimmermöbel, alte Matratzen oder so... Ihr habt freies W-Lan und in jd Zimmer einen eigenen Fernseher, teilweise Bluray-Player. Ihr findet ein paar Bücher, Spiele

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich neben dem Haupthaus und ist eine separate, abgeschlossene Wohneinheit für sich. Die Einrichtung ist harmonisch und gemütlich. Sowohl im Wohn- als auch im Schlafzimmer führen Türen nach draußen in die Gärten. Ausreichende Sitzgelegenheiten laden auch dort zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Es gibt 2 Fernseher. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Zum Service gehören Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Wir säubern nach Covid- Vorgaben.
