We began the conversion work in 1995. The property sits in 5.5 acres of garden, surrounded by farmland. We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's a peaceful, tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway. With onsite parking and lots of outside space there is sunset and sunrise field views. Framlingham has a lovely selection of eateries and traditional pubs as well as a twice weekly farmers market that supplements this special town.

Situated deep in the Suffolk countryside, The Carter's Loft is a beautifully presented studio bursting with charm. The popular local pub (White Horse) offers good food and local beer. Annex at The Orchard

Welcome to my Annex. We are located a 10 minute walk from the centre of the market town of Framingham and a 5 minute walk to the Castle. We are a 20 minute drive by car from the beautiful Suffolk Coastline. Our annex is finished to the highest quality. We have one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area. We are sorry but we cannot accept bookings for couples with small children. If you have any question please just ask.
