Studio granny flat with full bath and kitchen, outfitted with top of the line electronics and internet. Large windows front and back create a wonderful sense of space at the end of a dead-end private drive. The 420 sq ft space includes a 65" HD TV with DirectTV service, high speed wireless and wired internet, kitchenette with convection cook microwave, fridge/freezer, w/many other extras. Unit was recently remodeled and all new furniture added. 1 Queen bed, reclining sofa, lots of storage spc.
