Built in the 1780s, Jubilee Cottage is a Grade II, four-storey cottage set in Deal's historic conservation area. The cottage is a pebble's throw from the beach (just 50 meters), and moments from Deal's High Street with its independent shops, bars and restaurants. Jubilee Cottage is furnished to create a stylish, comfortable, and relaxed environment for up to four people - and with a view of the sea from the main bedroom. It's a wonderful place to get away from the day to day stresses with the beach and the sea gulls making it feel like a proper holiday every time. It has loads of character and is as comfortable, in the summer or the winter with either the mature garden or the snug to relax in. The road is made up of pastel colour houses with a real sense of the neighbourly.

Forming part of an original 18th Century Stable located in the heart of the historic medieval town of Sandwich you will find this hidden away open plan 1st floor conversion which has been renovated to high standard creating a light & airy living space in the eaves of the stable & barn section. The property has its own entrance via a wooden external staircase to the side leading to 1st floor. There is a court yard, we do not have parking on site for guests but there is a car park 2 mins walk

The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

The Cottage is a 6 min drive from the beach or a lovely 20 min walk taking in the woods along the way. St Margaret’s at Cliffe is a 10 min drive and has a lovely secluded beach with a cabin selling teas coffee bacon rolls and ice cream 🍨 and a lovely pub The Coastguard . Deal town is about 10 mins drive away and has a wealth of shops and restaurants. Great market on Saturdays

Just a stone's throw from the busy High Street and train station, it provides a convenient and characterful base for exploring the town, the local coastline and the wider East Kent region, with its picturesque walks, beaches, and many excellent golf courses.
