Situated in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this 18th century cottage offers a relaxing and comfortable stay with its own private garden. The Kent coast is easily accessible by car (Deal, Folkestone, Hythe & Dungeness) as is the historic town of Canterbury. The house is perfectly located for a short break from London (15-minute taxi from Ashford International) or a stopover when travelling to or from the Continent with the Eurotunnel and Dover Port within 30 minutes drive.

The Bothy is for those seeking to relax and unwind in an an upmarket and unusual glamping experience. It is off grid set in an old sandstone building amongst fields and woodland. It offers an open fire to ensure you are warm and cosy as well as the usual amenities - shower, hot water and kitchen equipment, all of which are run off solar and gas. There are plenty of footpaths and local walks on its door step, even our local pub – The Swan Inn, is within a 30 minute walk. Well-behaved pets welcome

The cabin has a comfortable double bed, smart TV, Wardrobe, breakfast bar/laptop work station, several USB points, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, sink/drainer with hot & cold water A chemical toilet is provided in the cabin for night use. There’s a private toilet & a wonderful hot shower both outside (as per photos) for guest’s use. The front decked veranda adjoins an outdoor kitchen with 2 ring gas hob & brick built BBQ overlooking a large garden that has a lovely view of the sea/sunset.

Delightful, cosy holiday cabin on the shingle at Dungeness, moments from the sea, with wonderful views. A spacious modern en-suite shower room and separate living room, with small kitchen give you the option to rustle up basic meals, and a generous comfy kingsize bed (twin beds option) awaits you. There is a sofa bed for another guest/child. Spectacular views of the two lighthouses across the shingle towards the sea and only moments from one of the best pub restaurants around, The Pilot Inn!.

Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Botany Bay. The ‘Hide-Away’ is all you need to enjoy a peaceful break by the sea. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The self contained contemporary Architect designed Barn is a luxurious couples retreat, located next to the owners home and surrounded by beautiful AONB countryside with outstanding views. Close to many famous houses and gardens ,Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter, Chartwell, Batemans and Scotney Castle. The Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive away. Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, a fantastic butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

We are pleased to offer our refurbished annex with double bedroom, private bathroom, own front door and a private field for dogs. Oast Cottage is a converted stables attached to the main Oast House. The Oast is set in a conservation area of Boughton Monchelsea which consists of converted farm buildings, listed houses and a 16th Century pub (directly opposite). The area boasts many places to visit (including Leeds Castle), countryside walks, as well as numerous pubs.
