Entire house has filtered water and hot water. There is a neighborhood security guard from 6pm to 6am. Only registered guests can have access to the pool.

Up to 10 people can stay in the house, but since there are only 3 rooms, only 6 to 8 people can sleep there, unless the rest want to camp on the terrace or patio.
