Our peaceful home is located a short walk from the back bay of Los Osos. Its new design makes for a restful getaway with its luxurious bedroom, hot tub, and soothing bath. Our home is close to many local favorite hiking, biking, kayaking, surfing, and paddle boarding locations such as Montana de Oro and Morro Bay. The outdoor patio is the perfect setting for a family bbq with a lawn for your pets to play. A short distance away is delicious cuisine, coffee shops, golfing, and local art studios.

Newly built,secluded 600 sq ft 1 bedroom home with panoramic views of all of San Luis Obispo. Home is centrally located at 7min from both downtown &/or wineries, 3 miles to Cal Poly- but is completely quiet with no traffic on our multi acre property. This home shares the driveway and parking with our family’s main house, but the home has been designed for the two sets of 8ft glass sliders to have unobstructed views while maintaining complete privacy. We are 15 minutes to Avila and Pismo Beach.

Perfect getaway in San Luis Obispo in a brand new secondary house in the rear of a large lot, completely detached with its own yard and fenced off. You will be located within 1 mile of Cal Poly and Downtown SLO, tucked between two beautiful mountains, Bishops Peak and Madonna Mountain. Access to the rear of Madonna Mountain hiking is 1/8 mile walk up the street. Grocery stores and coffee shops within 1/3 of a mile away and beautiful beaches are within a 15 minute drive North or South.

Cozy Studio is located in a quiet residential neighbor with secure off street parking. Whether you choose to relax in my comfortably furnished studio or enjoy the private outdoor patio, my home will provide a serene retreat. From the house, it is a ten minute walk to downtown. Home features smart tv with Netflix, Hulu, and Sling. It also features high-speed wifi and air conditioning. Please note that the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs . At SLO Paradise you are in the hub of everything! Walking distance to downtown where you can find the famous farmers market, Woodstocks, Firestone, and one block from Sally Loo’s. You are also ~1 mile from Cal Poly Campus and a 10 minute drive to the beach. We are animal-friendly and charge a pet fee for cleaning. There is a large front yard fenced in for dogs to run around or your friends and family to relax, BBQ, and play corn hole. Our newest addition is a 7 person Hot Tub!

This midcentury modern home is just steps to hiking, the downtown, shopping, and restaurants. Be prepared for nature as it's common to be greeted by wild turkeys, birds, and more.
