The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Garden Level in a Cozy House

Parfaitement équipé, il dispose d'une chambre avec un lit Queen Size de 2 x 80x200 ou d'une literie 160*200 , d'une SB baignoire, d'une cuisine avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires et d'une méridienne de 177*78 cm pouvant servir de lit pour un enfant. Park couvert à 200m en bas du jardin. Attention : accès par petite allée pavée.

We will be happy to host you in this cozy, independent apartment, adjoining our house located 25 minutes from the center of Lyon and at the gates of Beaujolais. You will enjoy all the comforts of a brand new and very well equipped apartment but also the large garden of our house with views of the Monts d'Or and on sunny days of the heated pool. This peaceful haven in the middle of nature is ideal for a relaxing stay with family. Nestled on the heights of Couzon-au-Mont-d'Or, just 10 km from Lyon, it offers breathtaking views of the Val de Saône and direct access to hiking trails. Just a 5-minute walk from the banks of the Saône, you can enjoy a natural setting while staying close to the city. For your relaxation, you will have access to Netflix as well as a salt pool (upon request), shared with us.

Moonstone

In the smallest village in the metropolis of Lyon, Rochetaillée, a space of tranquility and greenery. Pierre de Lune is an independent studio in an old building in Pierre Dorée. With its own terrace, it is away from noise but close to everything, from Lyon (30 minutes by bus, stop 100m away) like shops, restaurants and walks along the Saône. A quiet area to rest and discover the charms of the old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d 'Or.

Refurbished studio benefits from a unique rental on the edge of Lyon. Wake up to peace and quiet with views of the Saône, in a family-friendly setting. Private and secure parking with automatic gate: perfect for pets, or a stop with a loaded car. Two separate bedrooms can accommodate two couples or a couple with children. The bathroom with bathtub has just been renovated, and the air conditioning will guarantee you comfortable nights in summer and winter.

Drop your luggage in this flea market-style space, and set off to discover the beautiful city of Lyon, thanks to nearby public transport, unless you prefer to start by enjoying the walled garden! The studio has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk, an equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, kettle) and a bedroom with dressing area and washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (fiber). Decor found at the Lyon Flea Market. Coffee, tea and herbal tea available.

Nature, pool, sauna, gym.

In the Monts d'Or, a natural area 15 min from Lyon, independent accommodation into the villa where we are living. Private terrace and access gym and sauna by reservation. Summer: swimming pool from 8am to 10am, and 2pm to 5:30pm. View of the Saône. Hiking trails, mountain bike rides. Restaurants, Demeure du Chaos Museum, Guinguettes on the banks of the Saône. Lyon Perrache railways 12min by train (railway station 15 min walk), Part-Dieu 35 min by bus.

Functional apartment – free parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Fully equipped and functional kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, fridge/freezer...), quality suspended bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and electric shutters for restful nights, bathroom with washing machine, plenty of storage. Balcony with view and not overlooked, free parking at the foot of the building. As you can see, you will find everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Lyon.

By car, Lyon is accessible in 15 minutes; bus 86 or TER Tassin will drop you off in the heart of the city also in 15 minutes.

Nestled in a courtyard overlooking a cul-de-sac, it's absolute calm for this charming studio with exposed beams, completely renovated in 2023. On the slopes of Croix-Rousse, 5 minutes from the Tête d'Or and transport, come and enjoy a perfect location for exploring Lyon. Its garden under the cherry tree will be ideal to recharge your batteries after a day full of emotions!
