Stay in the heart of the Monts d'Or, in a green setting, close to the village 6 km from the city center of Lyon. Hiking + villages so nice to discover. It is a small, completely renovated and cozy, independent house of 50 m² + garden and terrace. The sleeping area consists of 1 160 cm bed + 1 140 cm bed on the mezzanine (height: 1.4 to 1.90 m). The living room sofa is convertible. An additional communicating and adjoining studio is possible. See advert “Maison Rose” for 6 to 8 people max

A quiet area to rest and discover the charms of the old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d 'Or.

The studio is equipped with brand new 140 X 200 bedding, sheets and linens provided, a kitchenette with 1 hotplate, a microwave, a small fridge, kettle and Nespresso. There is no dishwasher. The studio is 150 m from all amenities (restaurant, bakery, bookstore, Vival...) and bus 20 to Gare Vaise.

New this year, new wooden terrace and new pool coping after the bocce court and outdoor parking last year. Pricing and case study on a case basis possible for longer term rentals between October and March. The monthly rate does not apply between April and September.

You access from the living room and bedrooms to a large terrace, a 15 x 4m outdoor salt pool, many sunbeds and armchairs available.
