Covered parking is situated adjacent to the house, so nice to keep your car undercover, for rain or overnight dew, and allowing easy access to the kitchen through the breezeway. Excellent location with a short drive to restaurants, shopping, 3 24-hour gyms, and grocery stores. Located in a quiet subdivision with minimal traffic. This is the perfect spot, close to Seneca, but away from highly trafficked areas. Great for a working adult and quiet enough during the day for someone working third shift to sleep.

Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.
