Whether you're visiting friends or family in the area or embarking on a scenic exploration of beautiful upstate SC, we strive to provide a comfortable and inviting place to stay. We are located approximately 7 miles from Seneca, 15 miles from Clemson University and just a short drive to hiking trails, lakes, white water rafting, and many beautiful waterfalls.

While having generous space on its one acre, this house also provides a spotless open-living layout with 2 private bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed. Covered parking is situated adjacent to the house, so nice to keep your car undercover, for rain or overnight dew, and allowing easy access to the kitchen through the breezeway. This is a No Pets property.

Excellent location with a short drive to restaurants, shopping, 3 24-hour gyms, and grocery stores. Located in a quiet subdivision with minimal traffic. This is the perfect spot, close to Seneca, but away from highly trafficked areas. Great for a working adult and quiet enough during the day for someone working third shift to sleep.

You will feel like you are away from it all but the location is convenient to many attractions. Many waterfalls and other hikes are minutes away. Clemson University is 30 minutes away.

Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Area provides activities like waterfalls, hiking, kayaking, cycling, mountain biking, fishing pier, rafting, sightseeing, etc.

Private and serene, yet just 5 minutes to Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital—and only 13 miles to Clemson. The perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

BRAND NEW 490 sq ft tiny house/cottage nestled in the woods in a country setting. Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

An easy escape in nature, only 30 minutes from Clemson and 15 minutes from Prisma Oconee.

Mountain Road Cottage

Relax and unwind at this brand new peaceful cottage in the woods. The cottage is private but only a short distance Westminster, Walhalla, Seneca and Clemson is only 16 miles away. It s a short drive to the many hiking trails, parks, and lakes of the Golden Corner of South Carolina. As of June 29, 2024 the cottage has WiFi (250 MBPS).
