The lovingly furnished apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a three-party house in Stade Kopenkamp with 2 sides of views over rooftops & treetops, quiet yet central. Whether the beautiful old town or the nearby idyllic lake, everything is within walking distance, also the train station & supermarket in about 13 minutes' walk. The charming old building apartment, newly renovated, is ideal for two or three. A sofa bed offers an additional sleeping space.

Our flat is close to Hamburg and Stade and the river Elbe. The distance to the next Train station is Horneburg (6 km away). The flat offers a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), Internet, a private bathroom, a small kitchen, a balcony, using our guest-garden. Parkingplace. We also offer breakfast or a bread roll sevice for an extra charge in the morning. Please inform us, if you want. Shops are within a 5 minute driving distance. We hope you will love it. Ten minutes by car to the Elbe beach, a quarter of an hour to the idyllic Stade, a good hour to Hamburg - with separate access, private balcony and seating in the garden. Most of the furniture comes from antique or junk, yet the apartment and kitchen are state-of-the-art equipped (smart TV, Wi-Fi, induction stove, dishwasher, etc.).
