Skønt hus og beliggenhed - perfekt til familier

This amazing newly renovated spacious villa, in Risskov is the perfect location for family vacation. The house is 100 M from the Risskov forrest and very close (500 M) to the sea. The city center of Aarhus is only 3 km away. The house features a big kitchen with dining area, living room , office, four bed rooms, three toilets and two bathrooms. From the kitchen there is a nice view and an opening to the private garden with terrasses, lounge and a trampoline. This is the best place to stay :-)

Kysthytten is located by East Jutlands most beautiful bathing beach, Saksild Strand (250m), 20 min. drive from Aarhus. A holiday home on 2 levels, 140 sqm for 7 persons and direct access to enclosed patio. From the upper floor there is a fantastic view to the east over the sea / west over fields. 150 meters to the nearest shopping during the summer period. In Odder, which is 5 km away, there is a large variety of shopping. The beach can be reached in only a few minutes walk. (300 m)

Der er en skøn sydvendt terrasse med solopvarmet udebruser og en fantastisk udsigt over marker. Lejligheden er 73 m3 med egen indgang fra gårdspladsen, hvor det er muligt at parkere. Lejligheden består af køkken-alrum og stue, badeværelse med bruger, soveværelse med dobbeltseng. I stuen er der mulighed for 2 ekstra sovepladser på sofaen.

Fantastisk bolig i Ebeltoft med panorama havudsigt

Fantastisk beliggenhed og stort nyt moderne hus. Lige ud til vandet, indkøb og kultur. Perfekt til at samle familien eller til sommerferien i Danmark. Huset har 6 værelser, 3 badeværelser, 1 stor og rummelig stue med køkken og sofagruppe, bryggers og 1 mindre stue i hemsen. Der er 1 stor terrasse med udsigt over havet samt 4 mindre terrasser. Der er en stor gårdhave med overdækket terrasse samt gasgril til de sene aftentimer. Der er desuden en petanquebane og en trampolin til børn.

Boligen ligger i kuperet terræn velegnet til cykelture. Cykelløbet Rondevanborum hvert kører forbi huset hvert forår.

Just a stones-throw away from the beach and the water's edge, this little pearl will allow you a restful holiday with the style and simplicity akin to life in Denmark in the 1930's. Large holiday home in Bønnerup Strand by the sea, perfect for two or three families. Max 10 adults. With panoramic sauna and hot tub. Only a short walk to the cozy fishing harbor and marina and the beautiful sandy beach. In the village and at the harbor there are cozy cafes, restaurants and a fishmonger as well as shops. The street in front of the house is quiet and not very busy.
