The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

There are plenty of activities for the whole family just a few minutes' drive from the cottage. In winter, you can light the fire, the fireplace and roll down the screen and watch a good movie. Djursland is a natural pearl, and if you want to experience Aarhus and Ebeltoft, they are only 25 km away. The area is a paradise for nature lovers and for children and playful souls with, among other things, Mols Bjerge, Djurs Sommerland and Ree Park nearby. Close to forest and beach. There is a terrace and fireplace, so the quiet evenings with stars in the sky can be enjoyed. There are two box mattresses in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

Nearby there are many attractions, beautiful nature as well as Molsbjerge and fantastic beaches and yet close to Aarhus, Ebeltoft, Randers and Grenå. 15 minutes to Djurssommerland. Also ReePark, Scandinavian Animal Park, Kattegat Center with sharks. Free parking in front of the house. 900 meters to charging stations and light rail.

The apartment is located at the east end of a beautiful farmhouse from 1874 with large garden and outdoor areas. There is a private entrance and south-facing terrace, as well as a bathroom and kitchen with a fridge - all overlooking the garden. Parking is available in the courtyard around a large old lime tree. The apartment is centrally located towards both city and nature - with only 3 km to fishing and walking at Løgten Strand, and about 20 minutes drive to Aarhus and Mols Bjerge.
