The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

The little blue house in the forest offers tranquility and presence. Here you can put your feet up or hike the hills in the beautiful landscape of South Jutland. There are plenty of activities for the whole family just a few minutes' drive from the cottage. In winter, you can light the fire, the fireplace and roll down the screen and watch a good movie. In spring and summer, you can enjoy the newly built terrace with a good cup of coffee and the sound of the many birds and animals that live in the garden. 15 minutes to Djurs Sommerland 15 minutes to Mols Bjerge

Djursland is a natural pearl, and if you want to experience Aarhus and Ebeltoft, they are only 25 km away. The area is a paradise for nature lovers and for children and playful souls with, among other things, Mols Bjerge, Djurs Sommerland and Ree Park nearby. Close to forest and beach. In the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park with access to a myriad of hikes, right outside the door. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.
