Uniquely located 170 meters from the most beautiful and best sandy beach in Aarhus. Perfect combination of holiday with beach and city. The house is stylish and well laid out for a wonderful family holiday where you can listen to the waves on the terrace, play football, jump on the trampoline in the large garden and rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower. The heart of the house is the lovely newly renovated kitchen-living room where you open onto a cozy terrace. Please note that you must bring your own bed linen & towels.

Free parking in front of the house as well as the possibility of charging an electric car for a fee. PLEASE NOTE Laundry only possible in town at Audes Laundromat for a fee. From this centrally located beautiful, spacious and charming villa, all guests have easy access to everything. The villa is located between the botanical garden, the university park and a 10 minute walk to the city's many eateries and activities. The villa is super cozy and nicely decorated with tasteful furniture and here is plenty of space - both on the flowery terrace, in the garden and in the villa's three different living rooms, large kitchen rooms and four rooms, one of which has a huge sleeping home.

A modern single-story house is surrounded by green grass and trees. A spacious patio area with outdoor furniture is visible, offering a peaceful view of the countryside. The roof is covered in dark tiles, and large windows allow for natural light to fill the interior.

There is a fully equipped kitchen. 4 bedrooms with 5 beds total. The home is located in hilly terrain suitable for bike rides. The bike race Rondevanborum each drives past the house every spring.

Luxury beachfront villa in Aarhus

This is a very unique place to stay on one of the most quiet roads in Aarhus near the beach and forest. The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start the day with a dip or head down to the local bakery. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe and restaurant environment where you can find everything your heart desires. We rent for some weekends or when we go on holiday - please write us if you have any questions.

The clear turquoise water reflects sunlight, creating a shimmering effect. A sandy beach stretches along the shoreline, dotted with visitors enjoying the sun. Trees and greenery frame the beach area, contributing to the natural landscape.

From the upper floor there is a fantastic view to the east over the sea / west over fields. 150 meters to the nearest shopping during the summer period. In Odder, which is 5 km away, there is a large variety of shopping. The beach can be reached in only a few minutes walk. (300 m)
