Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Since November 2019, lovingly renovated single house with 80m² living space invites families to relax, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living-dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda as well as a cozy garden with large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

The apartment includes a loggia with wide panoramic windows, through which you can admire the sunsets over the horse paddock. The room is designed as an apartment for 2-6 people and studio for other purposes. With oak parquet, clay walls, a sleeping platform and a fully equipped kitchen, it is lovingly and modernly furnished. The bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor with separate access.

Quiet, bright apartment near the lake

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought, 1 hectare.
