Welcome to our terp in Waygaard on Bottschlotter See. The Old Canoe Hous is a lovingly furnished, open 130 square meter apartment in our thatched-roof barn with a view of the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marsh. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can fish, canoe, cycle around the accommodation and watch the flocks of birds that use the lake, which is partly a nature reserve, as a migration and nesting site. The lake is used for windsurfing and wingfoiling.

And the fast fiber optic cable ensures the best internet connection. You don't need to bring much with you. Everything is ready.

You will love our home because of its unique location in a quiet environment, the endless space. Our home is suitable for couples, sunbathers, business travelers, families (with kids) . The immediate proximity of the home to Vidåen - which is a mecca for fishermen - allows you to dock, with a small dinghy in connection with the grounds.
