The Spatzennest is a quiet apartment for 2 people, which invites you to relax. The half-timbered walls are plastered with clay, so there is a cozy indoor climate. Wood and natural materials give the apartment a special charm. From the window you can watch the sparrows from spring to summer as you breed in the neighboring roof and raise your young. On 30 m² on the first floor of the renovated side building of the bush mill, the apartment Spatzennest has a bedroom with double bed and a living area with integrated kitchen and a small bathroom with shower/toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate induction stove, fridge with freezer compartment and toaster. Wi-Fi is available free of charge for our guests. If you need a high chair, please contact us. Please note that all apartments are non-smoking apartments and no pets can be brought.

Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

When vacationing - then Mühle!

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. The villa "Rochlitz" in Rochlitz is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 125 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating as well as a TV. Please note that there are stairs to and inside the property. We would like to welcome you to our cozy apartment in the countryside in the village of Pleißa. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly reach sightseeing cities such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. Chemnitz city can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. There is a nice playground for the smaller children just around the corner. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.
