The Spatzennest is a quiet apartment for 2 people, which invites you to relax. The half-timbered walls are plastered with clay, so there is a cozy indoor climate. Wood and natural materials give the apartment a special charm. From the window you can watch the sparrows from spring to summer as you breed in the neighboring roof and raise your young. On 30 m² on the first floor of the renovated side building of the bush mill, the apartment Spatzennest has a bedroom with double bed and a living area with integrated kitchen and a small bathroom with shower/toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate induction stove, fridge with freezer compartment and toaster. Wi-Fi is available free of charge for our guests. If you need a high chair, please contact us. Internet: 50 megas download, 10 megas upload. Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. The apartment is located in the middle of the forest! Please do not rate us 4 or fewer stars due to the idyllic & quiet location. Thank you very much.
