Wir bieten ein 36 qm großes separates Ferienhäuschen im Garten unseres Grundstückes an. Es besteht aus Schlafzimmer (180cm breites Bett), Wohnzimmer, Küche, Flur und Tageslicht-Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher), allerdings ohne Waschmaschine. Zur Straßenbahn und Bus sind es 3 Minuten. Von dort sind es 10 Minuten zum ZDF oder Universität. Zum Zentrum sind es 14 Minuten. Fahrräder kann man mieten.

Fitness facilities such as yoga or a treadmill as well as a private parking space are provided.

We welcome you to our farm and offer you a break in an exceptional loft. Enjoy the wonderful Maifeld directly at Eltz Castle. In less than 30 minutes, you can be at the Nürburgring, the Deutsches Eck in Koblenz or the Reichsburg in Cochem. Visit the wine-growing villages of Treis-Karden or Winningen on the Moselle and hike on the Traumpfaden and the Moselsteig. Start excursions to the World Heritage Site Middle Rhine Valley, Trier, Cologne, Bonn and Frankfurt.

Studio for a romantic weekend for two

The studio is located in the heart of Oestrich and thus in close proximity to numerous restaurants, wine taverns, wineries and grocery stores such as Rewe, Netto and Aldi. 2 minutes' walk away are the Rhine with wine barrels to taste wine, a small bookstore, an ice cream parlor, a stationery store, a butcher's and an ATM each from Sparkasse, Volksbank and Postbank. Parking is also very close by.

Brand new, modern and comfortably equipped 65 sqm apartment for 2 persons in the middle of the beautiful Hunsrück. The apartment is located right next to our residential building in an annex (with separate entrance and parking right in front) and was designed with a lot of love for detail. We kindly ask you to note that we only rent to non-smokers as well as animal-free.
